Is there really a free option to try it?+
Yes. Spin up a real workspace with no credit card and explore the whole product before you decide.
What counts as a user?+
An active team member you schedule or track. Archived and deactivated people cost nothing: you pay for the people who actually work, not for every account ever created. A pending invite reserves a seat until it's claimed or revoked.
What's actually free about Free?+
The whole scheduling core, for up to 5 people, with no time limit: scheduling, the time clock, kiosk, timesheets, overtime, payroll export, leave, and shift trading. It isn't a trial.
Is safety a paid feature?+
No, and it never will be. Nobody can be double-booked or scheduled over approved leave on any plan, including Free. Paid plans add the compliance warnings (overtime, rest breaks, meal breaks) that tell you before you publish.
What does 'agent autonomy' mean?+
How much the coverage agent is allowed to do without you. On Starter it suggests who could cover. On Professional it sends the offer and escalates when someone declines. On Autopilot it acts on its own and reports back. Every decision it makes is recorded, explained and reversible, whatever the plan.
Which country's labour law do you check against?+
The one you tell us you operate in. Set your region to the US, the UK, the EU, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana or South Africa, and you get that region's rule pack: the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Working Time Regulations 1998, the Working Time Directive, the Nigerian Labour Act, the Kenyan Employment Act 2007, the Ghana Labour Act 2003, or the South African Basic Conditions of Employment Act. You'll never be warned under another country's law. These are scheduling warnings on overtime, rest and breaks, with the statute cited on every rule; they aren't legal advice, and where the law averages hours (the UK's 17 weeks, the EU's 4 months) we flag a heavy week early rather than stay quiet.
What do you NOT have?+
No SSO/SAML, no public API, no outbound webhooks, no custom permission roles, and no payroll or HRIS integrations. Payroll leaves as CSV. Several are on the roadmap; none of them are on this page, because we only sell what we've built.
What does paying annually get me?+
Two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. Starter is $35 per active user per year, Professional $70, Autopilot $110, which is the $2.92 / $5.83 / $9.17 a month you see on the annual toggle. Billing itself isn't live yet, so annual is shown for planning; when checkout ships, these are the prices it will charge.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time. If you downgrade, your custom rule thresholds are paused rather than deleted, and they come back exactly as you left them if you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores everything instantly.
